Yo, this is Orge7. I’ve been gone for a really long time. Been fansubbing (editing and QCing) and RL problems sloved. News flash Angel Beats! OVA is coming in a few days.
Want to point out that the visual novel is on hold but will be worked on in my free time, however I decided that the second chapter will be made a long side chapter one as a merge, there is a couple or near to impossible errors I need to correct in the first version of the game and by adding in extras plus the whole of the second chapter makes things easier for me to code and edit.

I better get this off my back before it gets left abandoned, I was away due to losing someone who was very close to me that passed and that was in the hospital for a while, my main reason was due to that I haven’t kept in contact and the project was on hold for a long time, most of the team is either gone or so and I hope some are still around.
I’m not gonna ask for your forgiveness in fact if everyone here wants to get angry at me please do so, it was my fault for not explaining things sooner. So a re-build is under wave this will give me one week to set up a new blog, sort out recruitment and will continue to work on the project.
I’ve been thinking about this and I was thinking instead of chapters I should do a fully fledged visual novel or so on…
…I promise I won’t fall back behind now.
Well, I’m flying out later tonight and thought since I’ll be doing a lot of waiting, I might as well be doing a lot of writing. So, before I head out, I’ll leave a parting gift. Click on Yui for the official, unofficial bass tab for “Little Braver” by Girls Dead Monster. It is directly from the “Keep The Beats!” song book (I know because I own it). You’ll need Microsoft Word 2007 or whatever to read it.
Also, after rambling about on the last post and then receiving a comment about the progress of the actual project, my reply is this:
“The first half of the script was submitted earlier this week and the last half will be worked on while I’m on vacation.”
That is all that I will be commenting (for now) on the project. On a final note: No. I will not post anymore Girls Dead Monster tabs. Unless there is an unusually high amount of requests for them; I won’t waste time doing them. And by, “unusually high,” I mean around 15-30 people for ONE SONG.

Well, for the most part, it seems like college (or just life, in general) has all of us preoccupied at the moment. The image provided over to the right is basically what I’m doing at the moment, at night, late at night, in the early morning, the afternoon, before-during-and-after homework, and for hours at a time. And no; I’m not referring to Koko, sicko. Well, that concludes what I’m doing with the little free time I have. As for the script, I’ll be able to work on it for a good week while on vacation. Yes! A vacation! Flying out to visit relatives of a friend’s with my friend (sorry, that was worded oddly) to Virgina (USA) for about a week. How does this effect the script? Well, let’s see the breakdown:
What have I learned from preparing for this experience? Well, for starters, if you’re going to buy any kind of PC, buy a laptop. Life is never boring unless you make it so; which is why, if you spend most of your hours on the PC, better to make it one that you can easily transport with you wherever you go. Another one is buying a short-scaled instrument with a headphone amplifier. Squier has a nice Bronco bass that’s sized for children or people with small hands (and midgets). It’s pretty shitty, but it’s inexpensive and easy to lug around for the maniac music enthusiast. The last of which is the most important: bring your own soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, coffee mug, towel (for hands, face, hair, and bath – that’s right – FOUR towels), and clothes for the amount of days visiting x2.
Last part of my insanely long blogging rampage; the bass pictured to the left (taken from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, season 1, bassist of ENOZ) is the only picture I can find with an anime character playing a vintage-style Precision bass with chrome covers on the bridge and pickups. Granted, she needs a thumb rest on that sucker to get that ’62 look down, but it’s the best I can scour from the net. Why the talk about this stuff? I don’t know. I haven’t chimed in on the blog for a LONG time, so I might as well leave something here. I’m just the writer/editor after all. I really can’t discuss what I’m writing; that would ruin the point of going through the visual novel… I suppose.

P.S. Mio (from K-ON!) uses D’Addario regular light gauge (45-65-80-100), nickel round wound bass strings. Why the hell did I throw out this useless bit of trivia on a “P.S.”? I don’t even….
Well if you didn’t know I have been busy with college life and such I havn’t been getting much progress in chapter 02, I will not drop the project since I still want to make the visual novel, however since I’ve been busy I havn’t made much contact to anyone on the team, if the team reads this then comment here so I’ll know if you are still around.
What will happen later on is that the site will be updated with a better style and look (I hope I havn’t found many good themes on here besides this one) but if it helps the more comments the better.
One other thing to the rest of the people who wanted to help out or wanted translations, I’m sorry I havn’t replied I lost all my emails so I couldn’t reply if xTinXion07 and CloudiDust send me an email I want to recruit you both but havn’t had time my email is Link2link8@hotmail.co.uk so if you have time email me on waht you want to do or if you want to join the team or if you don’t have anything but want to help out I’ll find a job for you.
Sorry I’ve been busy with college starting so that’s about it the whole site willl go through a re creation process so in any case sorry for not replying to others and recruitment or comments concerning this project will be on hold since I’m gonna update all pages.
First is it strange to review my own works? well that doesn’t matter since I will do this to all chapters, a few days after the team and I release the chapter I will do this (hopefully this will not spoil to much) think of it like a walk-through afterwards in case you missed anything.
So Monday before sunrise is an adaption of the bonus light novel chapter I was working on this month (alongside chapter 02 but that one was way longer) anyway the first thing I want to point out since a lot of people seemed to have thought this, THIS IS NOT CHAPTER 2 just wanted to point out that fact since people seemed to misunderstood that.
I was also trying to pick up on how to use the image-map system (basically how buttons work and where they are placed) and I thought “hey this chapter might be able to use it right” so then I made it a point to try it out:
And so the result was clear (I got it to work of course) and so I was able to implement it so well, now I’m gonna talk about the story of this chapter.
Since this was based of the light novel deep down I couldn’t make and routes or choices in this chapter (I tried.. well that turned out horrible so I canceled it) can edit a story which actually happened in the angel beats world, what I mean is that I wouldn’t want to ruin the main story, so in some sense this is a kinetic visual novel (one ending, not being able to do much) and so this will probably apply to all of track zero chapters that I will work on in months ahead.
The first story is about Sekine introducing the band members and basic information on them, and then talking about each member in a story format one at a time, the sad thing is, since Sekine was the main character the chapter didn’t include her story specific (which to me, upsets me since she deserved one) reasons why is obvious at the end of the chapter.
I also tried to use one graphic for avatars this helps but I will still other ones for help and appropriateness.
The rest of the characters stories were great to work on as well, firstly was Hisako’s story which turned out pretty funny and surprising (going through episode 06 again to see how she plays mahjong’s), next was Irie which was great and to learn about her personality, I mean 2-4 lines in the show wasn’t enough and to mention her voice was poplar from working which deserved more attention, then Iwasawa’s one was the one that surprised me at the end, honestly I didn’t expect her to be like this in the band, apparently according to Sekine she actually spoke like that.
Overall it was a great chapter that has it’s ups and downs but I’m still glad I made it, helps those who don’t want to read the light novels and helps get closer to understanding the characters and bonding with them more.
post comments here on what you thought of the chapter or just want to say anything, by the way more comments the more effort I put into the chapters later on.
Also about future releases, I’ll be working on chapter 02 for now (really amazing how hard it is to wok on this chapter (too confused right now and trying to pick myself up again) about other releases in the future who knows what other ones I’ll work on..
